πŸ“š My Research

I’m currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oxford. I blog about machine learning and mathematical methods with “intriguing magic effects” in biological applications. My research at Oxford focuses on improving the accuracy of long-read sequencing using computational approaches.

I am also interested in systems biology and structural biology. I am passionate about unraveling complex biological networks through computational modeling algorithms, which hold great potential to elucidate the mechanisms of biomolecules.
